Welcome to DREAM TV. By purchasing a subscription or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Description of Services

DREAM TV provides digital streaming connectivity, channel link feeds, and customer technical configuration guidance for compatible smart televisions, media boxes, mobile devices, and personal computers.

2. Subscription Periods & Pricing

Subscription durations and pricing are established as follows:

• 3 Months: $15 USD
• 6 Months: $30 USD
• 12 Months: $50 USD

Subscriptions do not renew automatically unless explicitly agreed. Service access expires at the end of the paid duration unless renewed by the subscriber.

3. Simultaneous Connections

Each standard DREAM TV subscription permits one active streaming device at any single moment. Sharing account credentials across multiple simultaneous locations or screens may result in temporary stream interruptions by automated server security.

4. Permitted Use & Legal Compliance

Subscribers agree to utilize the service exclusively for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Subscribers are responsible for adhering to applicable copyright laws and broadcasting regulations within their country of residence. DREAM TV only provides access to feeds and technical infrastructure legally permitted for distribution.

5. Network & Hardware Requirements

High-definition and 4K playback requires a stable internet broadband connection (minimum 15-20 Mbps for FHD and 30-50 Mbps for 4K). DREAM TV cannot be held responsible for video buffering or latency issues arising from local ISP throttling, weak wireless reception, or incompatible third-party hardware.

6. Amendments to Terms

DREAM TV reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service to reflect technological changes, security adjustments, or legal obligations. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
